1. Vulnerability Disclosure
We take security very seriously at Subedge. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our systems, we encourage you to let us know right away. We will investigate all legitimate reports and do our best to quickly fix the problem.
2. Infrastructure Security
Our infrastructure is hosted on industry-leading cloud providers that comply with top security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001). We utilize:
- VPC and strict network isolation
- Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
- DDoS protection
- Continuous vulnerability scanning
3. Data Protection
Customer data is logically separated and encrypted both at rest (using AES-256) and in transit (using TLS 1.3). We enforce strict least-privilege access policies for all internal staff.
